1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phebet ("phebet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phebet website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through phebet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

phebet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, phebet will notify registered users through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phebet Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

phebet maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of phebet services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the phebet Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phebet login credentials, including your email address and password. You agree to notify phebet immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phebet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the phebet account dashboard at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. phebet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; phebet will endeavor to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment processors.

phebet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which phebet accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phebet may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all phebet promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only and may not be transferred between accounts;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn;
• phebet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the phebet Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other point of interaction with phebet;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming.

phebet reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phebet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phebet Platform without prior written consent from phebet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phebet and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. phebet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phebet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phebet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Upon termination for cause, phebet may forfeit any bonus balances held in the account. Real-money balances will be returned to the player subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to phebet.

You may close your phebet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of applicable verification procedures.

11. Privacy & Data

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of phebet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
